Preparing Moroccan tea: To prepare Moroccan mint tea, we recommend washing the tea leaves with boiling water and discarding the water before placing them on the stove. Add clean mint or spearmint to the teapot, sugar to taste, and then pour boiling water over it. Let it steep for about 5 or 6 minutes, and you'll have a delicious Moroccan mint tea.
