Recipe for a good mint green tea: 1.50L of water, 1 tablespoon of Las Palmas green tea, 1 handful of fresh mint, sugar to taste.

Preparation: Boil the water, rinse the teapot with the boiled water, place the green tea at the bottom of the teapot, pour a glass of boiling water over the tea to rinse it, discard that water, add the washed and drained mint to the teapot. Then, add sugar to taste, fill the teapot with boiled water, and let the contents steep for about 5 minutes before serving. And voilà: Moroccan tea, made to order! Enjoy!
