Clove oil is obtained from Eugenia caryophyllata, from its flower buds. Clove is used in cooking as a spice, although it has many uses besides food.
The nail is used for dental hygiene, it has a very powerful ability to clean and freshen the breath. Also, clove oil can be used in preparations to exfoliate the skin, it has many benefits for our circulatory system, so we can use it for massage, due to that warm sensation that it brings to the skin. We should mix it with other oils, like coconut oil for example, diluted.
As a curiosity, to tell you that the nail gets its name from the Latin word '' clavus '', this is an appropriate name, because they literally look like nails.
Combinations: Clove oil mixes well with essential oils that have similar properties: cedar, cinnamon, ginger, cassia, frankincense or wild orange, Roman chamomile, and fennel oil.
